The House of Scotland is a cultural organization whose purpose is to keep before the general public the music, traditions, history, and culture of Scotland. While most people join because either they, their spouse or their ancestors were born in Scotland, membership application is open to any person who wishes to learn about Scotland or Scottish culture.

Located in beautiful Balboa Park in San Diego, California, the House of Scotland is one of the International Cottages organized within the House of Pacific Relations to further the pursuit of "pacific" or peaceful relations among nations.

UPCOMING EVENTS (2012)

In a few days, people around the world will be singing the most famous lyric written by Scotland's most famous poet. That song is 'Auld Lang Syne' and the poet is Robert Burns (as if you didn't know) . January 25 is the official date of the great man's birthday and there will be any number of Burn's Suppers held on and around that date. Here are a few that we are aware of:
